Instruction:
Mould
Prepare a cup of hot water (the temperature is about 70 to 80 Deg.C.)
Submerge one of the mouth trays into the hot water for 10 to 12 seconds, or just until the tray appears to soften.
Place the mouth tray into your mouth, covering your upper teeth.
Close your mouth and make the mouth tray firm around your teeth by pressing your upper lip against your teeth.
Wait for 10 to 15 seconds and then remove the mouth tray from your mouth.
Repeat for the lower mouth tray.
Trim
After moulding both mouth trays, use scissors to trim the excessive plastic from the end of the tray which hits your gum line.
Cut down the mouth tray at the gum line helps to avoid possible irritation caused by friction or rubbing of the mouth tray against the sensitive area.
Whiten
Place a little drop of gel on the upper and lower mouth trays, 0.25 to 0.5ml is enough for each tray.
Place the upper and lower mouth trays into your mouth, and adjust them so that your teeth are properly covered and fitted by their corresponding teeth impressions.
Put gentle pressure on the upper mouth tray by pushing on your upper lip with your fingers, ensuring a tight fit. Repeat for the lower mouth tray.
