Directions:
Step 1: Bring water to boil. Place one tray in hot water. Leave tray in water for 5 seconds. Ensure edges do not fold on to each other.
Step 2: Lift tray vertically from water using tab. Place tray around teeth to form the shape.
Step 3: If satisfied and fit, trim the front tab away from tray with scissors.
Step 4: Place small bead of gel per tooth in the inside of the tray (0.5cc or less per tray). Insert trays to keep gel away from gums. Insert light and turn on it. LED will work for entire treatment.

Care Instructions:
Whitening gel is 3ml per and 15cm.
Mini cold light whitening lamp is 6 x 5 x 3cms in size.
Forming mouth trays - trays should be placed in hot water for 3 to 5 seconds.
Syringes should be stored at room temperature. If syringes have been used please refrigerated.
